What are your greatest achievements?

Starting JT Recruit on my own and growing it in to what it is today.

What motivates you in work?

I just love recruitment and doing it all professionally.

What are your specialist sectors?

Driving and Industrial

What are the biggest challenges that you face on a day to day basis?

Looking after everyone at JT Recruit and trying to keep everyone moving forward together!

What do you like about working for JT Recruit?

It's my company! Why wouldn't I like it!!!

What is the best bit of the week for you?

Monday and Wednesday. Monday as I see all my staff as I go to each branch to discuss last week's performance, and Wednesday when the last week's sales and margin figures come out!

Why do you like about working in recruitment?

It's the easiest job in the world if you do it correctly and the people you meet are amazing!

Why did you decide to move into recruitment?

I applied for a job as a recruitment consultant specialising in distribution when I was made redundant from being a warehouse and transport manager, but within a month I was recruiting chefs and pot washers!

What are your hobbies and interests?

Playing in a brass band, gardening, cycling, going to the gym and socialising.

Currently the Manic Street Preachers and to chill some Neil Young!

It's a hotel called Molino del Santo near Rhonda in Spain, as it's the best place in the world.

If you could choose any car then what would it be and why?

Any Aston Martin - just such a great car!

What would be a perfect day out of work?

Having a great relaxing day in the sunshine with friends and some red wine!

What is you next big ambition in life?

To not get any more points on my driving licence!
