What are your greatest achievements?
Within work I see my greatest achievement as recruiting over 100 Apprentices during the last 2 academic years at Loughborough College for a wide variety of clients. This success was a key reason for coming back to JT Recruit. Personally the achievements I am proud of are scoring a number of match winning Centuries for cricket clubs I played for and more recently completing a Half Marathon in under 1 hour 45 minutes.
What motivates you in work?
I am motivated by 2 things. Firstly I get great satisfaction from helping people into work, whether this be Apprentices starting their career in my previous job or helping people change career or find their way back into work with JT Recruit. Secondly I am highly motivated to provide for my Wife and 2 little girls. It’s important to me that my daughters have a role model with a strong work ethic and enjoys helping others.
What are your specialist sectors?
I have always worked well in driving, industrial and engineering sectors. I feel I build good rapport with both candidates and employers and understand their needs and expectations.

Everyone at JT Recruit really care about both employers and applicants which creates a real buzz in the office. Decisions are made quickly and decisively which really helps in such a fast paced environment.
What is the best bit of the week for you?
I find both Mondays and Fridays really great days to be at work. When you enjoy working with your colleagues there is a great atmosphere before and after weekends and this can be transferred to everyone you speak to.
