Full Job Description

Administrator

My client specialise in the supply, installation and maintenance of electrical and energy-saving solutions across the UK. They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join them on a full time and permanent basis working Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Fridays 8.30am - 4pm paying up to £25k depending on experience.

You will offer assistance with Accounts and HR Support in addition to a varied administrative post. 

The role will include:

  • Data input of labour
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Booking in delivery notes
  • Inputting purchase invoices
  • Management of the companies vehicles, company phones, stationary etc 
  • Dealing with personnel holidays, sicknesses and other special requirements
  • Managing internal audits 
  • Customer service 
  • Dealing with general account enquiries from customers and suppliers
  • Collating hours and logging hours to jobs
  • Liaising with engineers and suppliers 
  • Payroll (using Sage)

To be considered for the role you must:

  • Have a sound knowledge/understanding of mathematics 
  • Have previous office based administrative experience
  • Ideally have experience of purchase orders
  • Ideally have some HR/Personnel experience
  • Be proactive with excellent attention to detail
  • Ideally have previous Sage payroll experience
