Administrator

My client is an independent company serving the civil engineering, construction, and quarrying industries. 

They are now seeking an administrator on a Full-time, 12 week temporary leading to permanent basis to work out of their Leicester office based in LE7

Salary – £20,800.00 per annum - full time

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 17:00 pm (with occasional overtime to meet the the business’s needs as and when required)

About the role

As an Operations Administratoryou will:

  • You will provide administration support to the Operations Coordinators & Operations Manager
  • Prepare reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems
  • Typing of technicians’ reports.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Liaise with Operations Supervisor to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Communicating regularly and effectively with both internal and external clients on testing requirements.

They are looking for exceptional individuals with the following skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.
