Administrator
My client is an independent company serving the civil engineering, construction, and quarrying industries.
They are now seeking an administrator on a Full-time, 12 week temporary leading to permanent basis to work out of their Leicester office based in LE7
Salary – £20,800.00 per annum - full time
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 17:00 pm (with occasional overtime to meet the the business’s needs as and when required)

About the role
As an Operations Administrator, you will:
- You will provide administration support to the Operations Coordinators & Operations Manager
- Prepare reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems
- Typing of technicians’ reports.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Liaise with Operations Supervisor to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Communicating regularly and effectively with both internal and external clients on testing requirements.
They are looking for exceptional individuals with the following skills and experience:
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.
