JT Recruit are working in partnership with a Local Authority who is looking to appoint an experienced co-ordinator for a short-term contract (3-6 months) to start immediately based in Derby City Centre.

You will be required to provide an effective and comprehensive administrative support service the Commissioning and Market Management Team for Adult Social Care

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic team player to work within our Commissioning Delivery Hub.   You will support the co-ordination of care market activity and provide essential administrative support across the team.

Key duties include:

• Issuing accurate agreements for all care services to facilitate prompt payment. This will involve liaising with Finance teams, care providers and social workers to resolve queries

• Co-ordinating communication and guidance to care providers

• Organising and minuting key meetings and consultation events

• Collating information from a variety of sources and reporting on service activity Applicants will need to demonstrate

• Good standard of general education, numeracy and literacy skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload.

• Good IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office 2010, Word, Excel and Outlook

Hours will be full time, Monday – Friday 09.00 -17.00hrs
