Call Handler

JT Recruit is a leading Derby City Centre based Employment Business who is continuously growing from strength to strength and specialises in temporary & permanent recruitment solutions within the Distribution, Industrial, Commercial and Technical Services. They are looking for your customer service skills to support our energetic, vibrant, and ambitious professional recruitment teams.

With 2022 looking to be a booming year, we are looking for additional help from someone who has the passion to help people and can cope with 2 shifts never being the same!  This is a valuable role to the business to ensure that our service never stops which involves the handling of calls from clients, candidates, general enquires and requests for staff and to liaise with our branches.

 

The hours for this position are split over a two-week period.

The start of the shifts will office based at 17.00 – 18.30 then on call on a mobile until 06.45 when you are back in the office to hand back to the recruitment teams at 07.00.

 

The office-based hours will be based at our Head Office in Derby City Centre, the out of hours will require you to work from the comfort of your own home.

 

Week 1

 

Tuesday report to the Derby Office 17.00 – 18.30.  Calls are then diverted to the mobile until Wednesday 07.00 where you report back into the office

Thursday report to the Derby Office 17.00 –18.30.  Calls are then diverted to the mobile until Friday 07.00 where you report back to the office.

 

Week 2

 

Monday report to the Derby Office 17.00 – 18.30.       Calls are then diverted to the mobile until Tuesday 07.00 where you report back into the office

Wednesday report to the Derby Office 17.00 –18.30.  Calls are then diverted to the mobile until Thursday 07.00 where you report back to the office.

Friday report to the Derby Office 17.00 – 18.30.          Calls are then diverted to the mobile over the whole weekend until Monday 07.00 where you report back into the office

 

If you have excellent communication skills, confident in solving problems and have the ability to build relationships and the hours suit, this is a great job for you!
