Children's Service Agent

My local authority client is currently looking for a Children's Service Agent to join their team on a temporary basis.

Hours –Monday to Friday: 08:30-17:00 with one hour break 

No weekend or bank holidays

Predominately call handling which means telephone experience is essential as the majority of the time will be spent on the phone.
