Clinical Support Administrator
Clinical Support Administrator for my client based in Aylesbury, on a permanent basis
Salary: £19,000 - £20,000 pa
Hours: Full time 37.5 hrs per week, Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm
Purpose
To provide admin support the Clinical Team, reporting to the Senior Occupational Therapist.
They are a small team of two occupational therapists, one occupational therapy assistant and one Trusted Assessor and you will be an integral part of our team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- First point of call for incoming telephone calls to the clinical team and initial triage of incoming calls
- To provide administrative support for the Trusted Assessor project, including booking visits and completing administrative tasks following Trusted Assessor assessments
- Keeping documentation and client records up to date, including inputting client’s details on database and Excel spreadsheets
- Liaison with members of the clinical team, other teams within the company and external teams such as for example local authority
- Manage room bookings
- Complete simple telephone reviews, following an initial period of internal training
- Assist to complete monthly statistics and presentations in liaison with Senior Occupational Therapist
Key Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organisational skills
- PC literate, including knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to work on own and follow instructions
- Good team player
