Customer Service Advisor (Adult Services)
Our local authority client is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor as part of their Adult services Sector
Initially a 3 month contract, however is likely to go permanent after this.
Hours:
Mon-Thurs- 8:30am-5pm, Fri-8am-4:30pm
The role will initially be based at County hall for training, however once candidates are fully trained and can competently do the role they will work from home.
Going forward the role will be hybrid working.
Candidates will be taking inbound/ outbound calls from service users. Calls are very varied and candidates will need to be resilient, empathetic and patient.
The ability to listen, pick up important/ key information and put it into a system is essential as it the ability to ask the right questions
You must be a good communicator and possess good listening skills.
Ideal candidates will have experience in NHS, care settings, admin, call centre.
Post grads wanting to get a foot in the door within council setting/social work/care would also be ideal
