Customer Service Advisor

Our client based in Coalville has a permanent customer service advisor position.


The role involves providing customers with the highest level of customer service on every call.

The position will involve dealing with a broad spectrum of customer queries via phone or email

Handling customer complaints

Administration duties

Processing customer orders

Applications are invited from candidates with previous Customer service experience and IT skills

Working hours are 09.00 - 17.00 or 08.30 - 16.30 Monday to Friday
