Customer Service Advisor
My local authority client is currently looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join their team on a temporary basis.
Candidates will be taking inbound/outbound calls from service users, calls are very varied and candidates will need to be resilient, empathetic and patient. Ability to listen, pick up important/key information and put into system. ask the right questions, good communicator, good listening skills.
Once candidates are fully trained and can competently do the role they will WFH, Going forward will be hybrid working.
Ideal candidates will have experience in NHS, care settings, admin, call centre.
Hours: Mon-Thurs- 8:30am-5pm
