Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service advisor required for my well established client based in Coalville

£18,525 pa

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week, Monday - Friday between 08:00am - 20:00pm, Weekends 09:00am - 17:00pm

Remote capabilities - however candidates need to be based within driving distance to Coalville

They are looking for highly motivated individuals who can help in their mission to improve people’s quality of life and independence every day.  

Their services allow people to remain in their homes, this helps prevent extended hospital stays, allowing the NHS to deliver front-line care where it is needed most.

  • Good customer service experience
  • The ability to comply with internal process and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT Skills
  • Good administration skills
  • Able to follow instruction and work to timelines and targets
