Facilities Administrator

JT Recruit have an exciting opportunity to join our client based in Kirkby in Ashfield. This role will be to provide administration support to the Head of Health and Safety and Premises/Estates Manager. 

This will be for an initial 3 month period to be reviewed.

Working hours are either 08:00am to 16:00pm or 09:00 to 17:00pm Monday to Friday

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Previous administration support within property is desirable
  • Previous experience of administering and preferably setting up CAFM system
  • Experience of dealing with administrative tasks relating to maintenance and facilities work
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Asset Registers and maintenance programmes and schedules
  • Demonstrable knowledge of statutory documentation
  • Ability to work under own initiative with limited supervision
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
