Junior Commercial Analyst
Junior Commercial Analyst required for my well established client based in Coalville
Full time 37.5 hrs per week, Monday - Friday 08:30am - 16:30pm, hybrid working
Salary: £18,525 - £22,000 pa
The role
To support the commercial analysts in order to provide contractual management information that is accurate, timely, in the correct format and is transferred to the customer in a secure way, thus adhering to GDPR regulations.
- To identify data discrepancies and liaise with the IT department to correct transactions
- Summarisation of data corrections in order to identify key issues
- To run, validate and distribute all reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis within strict deadlines
- To collate data as required to assist in the monitoring and performance analysis of contracts
- To assist in the creation of adhoc reports on request from internal and external stakeholders
- To ensure data is secure at all times
- Creation and posting of invoices
- Ensuring process and contract administration within the department is kept up to date
- Creation of new SAP purchase ledger supplier accounts
Note: this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and duties associated with this job role. The post holder is expected to undertake other duties, which may from time to time be reasonably required and also to visit sites throughout the UK.
Essential Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel skills
- An understanding of accounting principles would be advantageous, though not essential.
- Experience of systems like Qlik, Power BI
