Meetings Administrator

We are URGENTLY looking to appoint a Meeting’s Administrator on a temporary basis to cover long term sick.

You will be required to

Manage the administration of meetings: arranging venues, attendees, agenda preparation with supporting documentation, minute taking and post-meeting administrative actions.

Collate information and maintain computerised and manual systems for recording, storing, and retrieving information; ensuring computerised and manual records are accurate and up to date at all times.

Provide a comprehensive administrative support to the team e.g.:

Filing, photocopying, shredding
Producing mail merge standard letters and documents
Assisting with electronic diary management etc.
Undertake full administration of financial systems and procedures within HW.
Provide a reception service to the team; dealing with enquiries from customers, taking and recording messages in an appropriate manner.
Provide basic advice and guidance to customers over the telephone.
Administer the requests for support and information.

Keep other members of the team informed of all relevant issues relating to the effective delivery of services

 

Hours of work are 21 hours per week Tuesday – Thursday 09.00-16.30hrs, a mixture of office based (NG5) and home working.
