Order Entry Assistant

****There is a train that goes directly from Mansfield or Hucknall to Newstead if you do not have transport****

JT Recruit are looking for an Order Entry Assistant on behalf of our client, a manufacturing company based in Newstead Village, NG15. 

This is a permanent role starting on the day shift 08:30am - 16:30pm. 

After training you may then move to a rotating shift pattern of 06:00am - 14:00pm & 13:00pm - 21:00pm Monday to Thursday with a 20:00pm finish on a Friday. 

The Role:

• Entering new customer orders into Sage
• Locating current and previous orders on Sage
• Copying customer orders into Microsoft Excel
• Producing reports in line with Team Leaders instructions
• Administration duties at team leader’s request
• Using Spindle to archive orders
• Using Microsoft Outlook

• Be able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Be enthusiastic and motivated
• Have great interpersonal skills
• Be hard working
• Have outstanding writing skills and a keen eye for spelling as written communication is essential 

Salary: £19,760 per annum with a salary review every year.
