Patient Administrator

A temporary Patient Access Administrator is urgently required for a minimum 3-month contract to start ASAP.

This is a new role within the Department and will require someone creative and adaptable to support in designing the workflows, processes, and procedures related to the role. 

To provide administrative and clerical support to the Radiology Suites, taking the responsibility for efficient flow of scheduled and emergency lists with the aim of effective and timely patient care.

To provide and enable effective scheduling and admission of patients Radiology suite.  To book interventional radiology procedures, as well as some GA diagnostics for other services within radiology. 

This is a busy and varied role, you will be working closely with the nursing team, as well as the consultants, operational team and wards. 

This is a full-time post of 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, office based.
