Property Manager

Property Manager required for my client based in Loughborough

My client is a fast paced, entrepreneurial student lettings company with offices in Loughborough, Lincoln, Durham and Hull.

Their vision is to provide industry leading accommodation experiences for students and landlords across the country.

They are looking for a Property Manager to work as part of the Property Management team at their head office in Loughborough.

The ideal candidate will place huge emphasis on customer service and be passionate about delivering a first-class experience.

As a Property Manager you will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of property management within your allocated property portfolio.

Working in a team you will be required to build excellent relationships with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors. You will need to be an excellent communicator who is used to maintaining relationships with a diverse range of people and you must have a ‘get stuck in attitude’.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Developing and maintaining great relationships with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
  • Receive and allocate maintenance jobs
  • Manage communications via phone, email and WhatsApp
  • Organise and conduct inspections of properties during Tenancies
  • Organise end of Tenancy check-outs and inventories
  • Organise regulatory certificates to ensure properties are compliant with current legislation
  • Organise new tenancies

  • The ability to see a job through from start to finish
  • Experience in property management (desirable)
  • Self motivated and ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable in approach to work
  • Driving licence required / Car required preferred


  • Hours of work: 9am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday & 15 Saturdays per year 10am till 3pm
  • Driving licence required
