Sales Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales administrator to join our client, a friendly family run business, on a full time, permanent basis

Hours; 09.00 - 17.00, Mon - Fri

The Role:

  • Dealing with telephone, website and email sales.
  • Dealing with incoming sales enquiries and raising quotations in a timely manner.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the correct product at the right price.
  • General administration duties for the sales team

Required Skills:

  • Previous customer service and sales administration experience.
  • Excellent IT skills – experience of using sales order software and Microsoft (Word, Excel & Outlook) is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to follow processes.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to a high standard, while meeting deadlines.
  • A flexible, team player who is willing to undertake additional tasks even in other areas of the company in order to meet customer requirements.
  • A willingness to learn about our current and future products.
  • Driving licence (due to location in Lockington)
