Full Job Description
Sales Administrator
We are looking for an enthusiastic sales administrator to join our client, a friendly family run business, on a full time, permanent basis
Hours; 09.00 - 17.00, Mon - Fri
The Role:
- Dealing with telephone, website and email sales.
- Dealing with incoming sales enquiries and raising quotations in a timely manner.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the correct product at the right price.
- General administration duties for the sales team
Required Skills:
- Previous customer service and sales administration experience.
- Excellent IT skills – experience of using sales order software and Microsoft (Word, Excel & Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow processes.
- Ability to work well under pressure to a high standard, while meeting deadlines.
- A flexible, team player who is willing to undertake additional tasks even in other areas of the company in order to meet customer requirements.
- A willingness to learn about our current and future products.
- Driving licence (due to location in Lockington)
