Sales and Administration Assistant

My clients cultural division based in Buckingham, are currently recruiting for a Sales and Administration Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Working hours are Monday - Friday 09.00-17.30. 

Working as part of a small team you will play an active role in providing a positive customer experience and driving sales.  This is an interesting and diverse role that will enhance the smooth running of the office.

 

Key duties & responsibilities:

 

·         Driving sales through enquiries

·         Manage the post and email

·         Maintaining filing system

·         Preparing tour documentation

·         Processing web and phone bookings

·         Invoice and payment administration

·         Processing brochure requests

·         Stationary stock management

 

 

Key skills required:

 

·         Knowledge of Microsoft office

·         Excellent telephone manner and standard of spelling and grammar

·         Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

·         Customer service/sales experience

·         Good geographical knowledge of Europe

·         Self-motivated and driven

·         Ability to multi-task

·         Languages (French, Italian, Spanish or German) advantageous
