Supply Chain Customer Coordinator

Our client is looking to recruit a Supply Chain customer coordinator to deliver a world class service to internal and external customers, specialising in customer interaction, to focus on internal efficiency and accuracy and maximise external sales.

Working hours - 42 hours per week

Must be able to commit to working Saturdays when needed.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

· To meet or exceed customer service standards (e.g. customer service targets, delivery times, flexible approach to changes in customer demands)

· To be the face of Belron UK Ltd, maintaining high personal standards for yourself, the Supply Chain and the external customer

· To consistently meet or exceed standards in customer service and to ensure that Belron UK Ltd and other standards are adhered to

· Achieve a high standard of accuracy when completing paperwork and when using IT systems

· To support all opportunities to increase sales and develop the business of Belron UK Ltd, whilst supporting effective cost management and enhancing customer service

· Consistently support the Supply Chain team in meeting or exceeding key performance measures

· To liaise effectively and build strong relationships with both internal and external customers, including Supply Chain teams and wholesale customers

· To undertake training and coaching as required to increase personal skills to achieve performance standards

· Plan, organise and prioritise workload using multiple applications and computer systems to ensure internal and external customers are served

· Contribute towards the engagement and effectiveness of the team

· To support the wholesale team activities concerning customer relationships and the Supply Chain wholesale strategy

· To effectively manage and use the Customer Relationship Management tool to support good customer interaction and identify opportunities and key issues.

· To process and manage all customer orders, returns and any other administration duties required.

· To handle, manage and resolve customer escalations and any other disruption to their service on a daily basis.

· Support Key Customer Account management through handling day to day enquiries and issues.

· Specialise in identification, order management and purchasing of special orders

· Use external identification systems to provide wholesale customers with an exceptional service.

· Decision making skills

· Knowledge of Microsoft office, general computer skills and customer relationship systems
