Transport Administrator

Are you organised, computer literate and can work well as part of a team? JT Recruit have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join the team of a well established company In South Normanton on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 09am - 17.30pm.

Your main roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry
  • Attaching necessary paperwork to documents
  • Completing driver paperwork
  • Scanning documents onto the in-house system
  • Dealing with any queries as they arise
  • Liaising with customers over the phone
  • General administration duties

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Positive can-do attitude work
  • Computer literate with Knowledge of excel, word and outlook
  • Ability to work well under pressure and at a fast pace
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues with professional manner
  • Great work ethic and the ability to challenge yourself
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous experience in fast paced administration
