Transport Administrator

JT Recruit have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join the busy transport office of a well established company In South Normanton on a temp to perm basis. This role is working a rotation shift pattern of 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm and is due to the continued year on year growth.

Your main roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Organising collections
  • Attaching necessary paperwork to documents
  • Organising delivery of stock
  • Scanning documents onto the in-house system
  • Dealing with any queries as they arise
  • Liaising with customers over the phone
  • Driver packs and de-briefs.
  • General administration duties

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Positive can-do attitude work
  • Computer literate with Knowledge of excel, word and outlook
  • Ability to work well under pressure and at a fast pace
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues with professional manner
  • Great work ethic and the ability to challenge yourself
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous experience in fast paced administration
