Transport Administrator

JT Recruit are looking for a Transport Clerk to join their long-term client on a permanent basis within their busy office. This will be looking to start as soon as possible but the customer is willing to wait for the right candidate. 

Duties will include:

  • To support the on-shift supervisor
  • Driver brief & de-briefs
  • Ensure all paperwork is filled in correctly & passed to relevant department
  • Liaising with both internal departments and external clients via telephone & email
  • Handover all necessary information to the next shift
  • Other ad-hoc admin and customer services duties 

Due to this being a fast-paced environment, previous transport knowledge is essential for this role. It will be working Monday to Friday on a weekly rotation between the following shift patterns:

0600-1400, 11.00-19.00 & 11.00-19.00.
