Warehouse Administrator

Are you organised, computer literate and can work well as part of a team? JT Recruit have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator to join the team of a well established company In South Normanton on a temporary basis to cover maternity.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm (flexibility to move an hour either side)

Your main roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Booking in deliveries

  • Pallet count submission

  • Answering customer queries on email and telephone

  • Creating labels

  • Uploading orders on to system

  • Submitting paperwork for export loads to customs

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Good administration and organisational skills
  • Positive can-do attitude work
  • Computer literate with Knowledge of excel, word and outlook
  • Ability to work well under pressure and at a fast pace
  • Knowledge of working with SAP & DLX advantageous – training can be given if no experience
  • Flexible approach to working hours if required but would be primarily 8am to 4pm
