HGV 1 Drivers

I am recruiting for regular HGV 1 Drivers to assist my client throughout peak business. They have sites situated near Castle Donington, Leicester, Barton under needwood and Burton on Trent.

• The start times will either be 06:00 or 07:00
• Minimum 10-hour contract with no deductions for breaks
• Shifts are Monday – Friday with the occasional Saturday shift but these are optional
• Involves delivery of 1-ton bags of aggregate on flatbed trucks – no loading or unloading; only securing the load and getting the bag handles ready for the forklift upon delivery
• Some trailers are loaded live but some coupling may be required for pre-loaded trailers
• A minimum of 1 year HGV 1 experience for the role
• Max 6 points
• Healthy attitude towards work and work colleagues

Houry rate on PAYE basis £16 phr.
