Joiner

Can you deliver a quality joinery service?

Looking for steady 37 hours a week?

 

JT Recruit is working in partnership with a Local Authority who are looking for experienced and qualified joiners to join the repairs team who are responsible for maintaining their Social Housing homes and other associated properties in the Derby City region.

The Joiners will carry out repairs and maintenance in domestic type properties along with working on some commercial type buildings. The Joiners will require experience in repairs and maintenance along with excellent customers service skills to deal with queries and questions our customers may have.

 

The post may require you to be clean shaven with the exception of faith or religious beliefs which require the individual to have facial hair or prevent shaving OR employee has a skin condition or other medical reason why they cannot shave. This must be supported by a letter from a GP or other medical practitioner.

 

A Full UK driving licence is required as you will need to travel around Derbyshire to complete the daily works and a checkable work history for the last 2 years.

 

Hours of work will be Monday – Friday 08.00-16.00hrs £15.33 per hour PAYE.
