Plasterer

JT Recruit is working in partnership with a Local Authority who are looking for experienced plasterers to join the repairs and improvement team who are responsible for maintaining their Social Housing homes and other associated properties in the Derby City region.

We are looking for qualified plasterers on a temporary basis, at least 6 months to deliver an excellent service to exceed our customers’ expectations, to carry out general plastering to domestic social housing. Typical works are 2 coat, plasterboard, skim general repairs and the knowledge of wall tiling would be an advantage.

Flexibility is key as you will be required to travel to varies homes within the city.

You will need a clean, valid UK driving licence, relevant NVQ or equivalent qualifications.

Our client has a clean shaven policy, you will be expected to comply for the duration of the contract.  With the exception of faith or religious beliefs which require the individual to have facial hair or prevent shaving or has a skin or medical condition reason why they cannot shave.  This must be supported by a letter from a GP or other medical practitioner.
