Qualified Electrical Supervisor
Electrical Supervisor
Prestigious UK nationwide electrical installation and fire protection company based in Derbyshire are looking for a Qualified Electrical Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be responsible for helping to manage the reporting and preparing of invoicing for transfer to accounts and management of all Engineers Training. Key focus is on offering advice, People Management, Profitability and customer service There is a requirement for attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
To be considered you must be a qualified and verified electrician together with experience of running a team of electricians. Have a full driving licence, good IT skills together with excellent attention to detail.
Main Duties include: -
Production Control -
Monitor and review operations to ensure correct quality standards.
Ensure that all engineers’ activity is time & cost efficient and effective.
Invoicing
Ensuring that reports are processed time effectively to aid prompt invoicing.
Prioritise your daily schedule.
Set, monitor and review workload schedules.
Reports
Ensure you have all the correct data for preparing reports for customer requirements.
Monitor & review any jobs against deadline targets to ensure delivery on time.
Ensure that all finished reports are finished on time and to the agreed specification.
Purchasing & Inventory Management
Ensuring that the database is updated at all times with the correct information & Customer or Supplier Details.
Customer Service
Maintain proactive, dynamic and effective communication with customers at all times.
Offer flexible and helpful customer service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Health & Safety
Promote & maintain awareness and compliance of H&S in accordance with company procedure and legal requirement. Ensuring that Engineers Human Focus Training is kept up to date & RAMs are sent to jobs where applicable.
Operational Performance
Promoting and upholding company performance standards and ideology (on time delivery, quality, continuous improvement, housekeeping & work ethic).
Staff Training & Development
Be aware of and promote best practice and performance standards.
Help develop and monitor performance standards.
Identify individual training needs.
Implement, monitor and review training and development plans.
Monitor and Manage Production KPI’s
Achieve the companies on time delivery target of 95%
Asist with the meeting of monthly Targets.
This role may also require you to work all over the UK together with overnight stays.
Salary :-Depending on skills up to £35,000
