Are you are Skilled Manual Machinist with Manual Machinist experience.

Our client a well-established Precision Engineering family run Company, based in Barrow Upon Soar, are looking for a Mechanical Engineer or skilled Manual Machinist to join them on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be a time served Mechanical Engineer and predominantly a Manual Machinist with experience of Milling, Turning, Boring, and Grinding.

You will also be required to read and understand engineering drawings, work to tight tolerances, carry out own inspection and have great attention to detail.

This position would suit someone with a strong mechanical engineering background with experience of programming, setting and operating manual machinery.

Experience of CNC Machinery, welding and fabricating would be an advantage.

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm, with a lunch time finish on Fridays.

Salary depending on skills and experience £12 - £15 per hour, but we are happy to negotiate.
