My client is seeking a pro-active Business Development Executive to join their fast-growing sales department.
The successful candidate will play an important role in developing new business opportunities for them, while nurturing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
You will work alongside lead generators within the company to generate interest and awareness for my clients products and ultimately drive sales within the B2B segment of the business.
A proactive outbound approach will be vital to allow you to generate your own leads from a wide range of channels.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-years sales experience, be a natural communicator and pay meticulous attention to detail.
They are searching for someone with a proven record in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop your own tactics to generate new business leads for the company
- Manage existing customer relationships: build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the construction and landscaping industry, with a view of driving further business
- Identify new business opportunities, which includes new clients and markets
- Be a main point of contact within the sales department for converting inbound B2B sales enquiries
- Work alongside lead generators within the business to prospect and covert sales leads
- Relay customer feedback and industry insight to the wider management team
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 + Uncapped Commission
