Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Skills:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the logistics and warehousing industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
