JT Recruit are urgently looking to appoint temporary/full time Business Services Assistants for short term contracts within the County Government Offices.

We are looking for committed and flexible persons who can work as a key member of the Business Services administration team either in the Highways, Commissioning, Communities & Policy or Economy, Transport & Environment departments.

The successful applicants will be required to work with minimal supervision, be highly organised and demonstrate excellent administration skills.  You will be required to undertake a wide range of administrative duties supporting the administration team.

Communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines and an understanding of confidentiality is essential to these posts.

URGENT Requirements now:

Post 1            Business Service Assistant G6 – £12.39per hour, Based South Normanton, Hours 09.00-17.00.

The post is required to provide essential support to the social work teams, to include answering telephone calls, covering a business services inbox, Mosaic tasks, minute taking,                                typing letters, assisting with finance and other admin duties.  Will be based in the office

Post 2            Business Service Assistant G7 – £12.94 per hour, Based Matlock DE4.  Hours 09.00-17.00.  Working within the Childrens Services Team.

                        You will be required to work in the Specialised Transport section, which procures and manages home to school transport services for students with special needs and disabilities.                             This is a front-line post. Hybrid is available after training

Post 3            Business Service Officer G8 – £14.26 per hour, based in Ilkeston DE7 Hours 09.00-17.00 – Manage admin team in the Childrens Services Team
