JT Recruit’s Mansfield Branch are currently looking for a Business Support Administrator on behalf of our client in Gedling. We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Support Administrator who is interested in working to support the Contact Service at the above establishment to carry out their work within the Children and Families Department.

You will be joining a small and friendly team who provide support to each other and to the service and who are committed to delivering a targeted and effective service to families in need. This position is working 20 hours a week, 2pm – 6pm Monday to Friday.

About you:
  • Applicants should have a flexible and adaptable manner, as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
  • Ability to undertake reception duties
  • Exceptional time-management skills.
  • Good grammar and literacy skills.
  • Eye for detail and the ability to handle confidential information, in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office packages, i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel and SharePoint.
