JT Recruit is partnering with a prestigious global company to fill several temporary Customer Service Advisor positions within their dynamic Home Adjusting team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting customers through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders during the claims process
  • Provide top-tier customer service on each call, delivering timely and accurate information
  • Record claim details with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Set clear expectations, ensuring customers know what to expect throughout their service journey
  • Handle difficult conversations with empathy, maintaining a calm and professional demeanour
  • Work alongside the Home Adjusting team, collaborating with various departments to deliver seamless service

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service office environment
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to engage with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to make a real difference in customers’ experiences
  • An empathetic and patient approach to difficult situations
