Junior Site Manager Coventry – Key Responsibilities on Site

• Arrive on site by 7:00am to ensure operatives are ready and working by 8:00am

• Supervise subcontractors, labour teams, and manage day-to-day site operations

• Enforce health and safety standards, including working time regulations and break policies, following HSE guidelines

• Maintain project records, schedules, and health & safety documentation using digital tools

• Coordinate with suppliers, inspectors, and senior management to keep projects on track and on budget

Qualifications and Skills Required
