This isn’t just another job; it’s an opportunity to contribute directly to the efficient operation of a vital energy infrastructure project. We’re seeking two highly skilled professionals who understand the intricacies of power station maintenance and can bring their expertise to the table.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Performing critical mechanical fitting tasks during a time-sensitive outage.
• Working with precision and efficiency to ensure the smooth operation of vital machinery.
• Adhering to strict safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborating with a team of experienced professionals to achieve project objectives.

Competitive Compensation: Earn a highly competitive hourly rate, with significant overtime opportunities. Our transparent pay structure rewards your hard work:

• Basic Rate: £22.33 per hour (first 8 hours, Mon-Fri)
• Overtime 1: £31.26 per hour (after 8 hours & Saturdays)
• Overtime 2: £40.19 per hour (Sundays)

Example 7-Day Week Earnings: £1,806.

Clear Project Timelines:

• • Fitter 1: 19/03 – 05/04 (0700-1700, including weekends)
  • Fitter 2: 25/03 – 04/04 (0700-1700, including weekends)

Travel Compensation: Local candidates are preferred, and travel time will be compensated at the basic rate.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Power Station Outage Experience: This is essential. We need fitters who understand the unique demands of this environment.
• Expert Mechanical Fitting Skills: Demonstrated ability to work with precision and efficiency in an industrial setting.
• Commitment and Flexibility: Willingness to work long hours and weekends as required.
• Reliability and Professionalism: A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
• CCSNG – Site Safety Passport needed.
• Must have Confined Space Medium Risk.
