A major fast-fashion supplier is recruiting for a Merchandiser to be based at our new office in Leicester.

Due to continued growth they now have a position available for a merchandiser to join our strong team and help to drive the company forward.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working for a fashion supplier and supporting the sales function.

They must be familiar with working in a fast paced environment on either a supplier or customer side, liaising with the design and production teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking and career driven individual to develop themselves in a rewarding environment. They have clients in a range of industries and, i.e. leading fast fashion brands, global events companies and music labels, UK high-street retailers.

Duties will include:-

  • Liaising with customer Buyers and Merchandisers on all areas of production.
  • Sample submissions and approvals.
  • Raising new orders on our systems
  • Creating internal job sheets
  • Critical Path Management
  • Use of business software, such as Airtable
  • Engagement of business Trackers
  • Liaising with our internal departments such as Head of Merchandising, Production, Sales and Design.
  • Create booking requests and packing lists for customers/clients
  • ● Organise final deliveries and follow up.

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 40pwk – 9am – 5.30pm

In-Person Office Based: Monday to Friday
