Planning Validation Technician

Pay Rate: £15.22 – £15.75 per hour
Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Validation of Planning Applications: Validate planning applications of various types and sizes for the planning team.
• Process Improvement: Review current processes and procedures, leveraging your expertise to recommend and implement improvements.
• Training: Train two new Planning Technicians on the validation of planning applications.
• Office Presence: Be present in the office three days a week to facilitate the training of new Planning Technicians.
