My client, is now looking to recruit a production operative on a permanent basis
The role involves working shifts, however you will NEVER work a Saturday Night or Sunday day …. Great hey?!
06:00 to 18:15 and 18:00 to 06:15, Friday Days, Friday Nights and Sunday Days always ‘Grey’ days
Initially Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm will be required, but then will be moved to shifts within the next 12 months

Duties
Initially the position will be involved in the setup of a new production line manufacturing the sites first green (low global warming potential propellants)
You will receive training in the new line and then be involved in producing the initial batches for validation.
You will also be involved in creating and writing training documentation and work instructions for the line.
You will be required to follow all safety procedures and practices in your area and ensure a high standard of housekeeping is maintained.
You will learn the importance of good attention to detail as you will be responsible for completing and checking manufacturing records, ensuring they are legible and accurate.
To be successful in this role we are looking for you to have
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English Grade C or above (preferred)
- Experience of working in a production environment, on a shift basis, ideally in pharmaceutical or food.
- Can do attitude

- Punctual and reliable
