Reach FLT

About the Role

As a Reach FLT Driver, you will:

• Operate a high-level reach truck safely at heights up to 13 metres

• Handle pallets, replenish stock, and retrieve products from racking at varying levels

• Load and unload goods and move stock across departments

• Follow strict Health & Safety procedures at all times

• Maintain equipment checks and report any faults immediately

• Work independently while coordinating with warehouse teams and supervisors

Requirements

• Valid externally accredited Reach Truck licence (RTITB, AITT, ITSSAR, NPORS, etc.)

• Proven experience operating a reach FLT in a warehouse or logistics setting

• Confident working at extreme heights without camera assistance

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment

• Strong understanding of Health & Safety, racking systems, and safe load handling

• Reliable, punctual, and accurate in completing tasks
