Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader
Our public sector client is looking for a Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader to join them on a temporary basis.
Pay Rate – £16.70ph
- Carry out repair inspections of residential properties.
- Experience working on disrepair and under stand the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Conditions Claims (England)
- Experience working on damp and mould cases and understand Awaab’s law.
- Confident communicating with a legal team.
- Project manage repairs work using DLO and contractor to court agreed time lines.
- Competent in the use of computers, PDA and related systems will be required.
- Complete work to a high standard in a timely manner.
- Own transport required, Mileage will be paid at standard rates
