The role:
You’ll be leading a small crew on daily refuse and recycling rounds—driving, supporting loaders, and making sure collections are completed safely and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Driving LGV vehicles on set routes
✔️ Supervising and supporting your team
✔️ Carrying out daily vehicle checks
✔️ Ensuring health & safety standards are met
✔️ Working closely with supervisors to keep operations running smoothly
What we need from you:
✔️ LGV Category C licence
✔️ Driver Qualification Card (DQC)
✔️ Previous experience in a similar role preferred
✔️ Reliable, team-focused attitude
