What are your greatest achievements?
Moving from another country and building a new life and career in the UK is one of my biggest achievements. I’m also incredibly proud of being a mum to my little boy.
What motivates you in work?
I’m motivated by people, positive results and knowing that I’m making a difference. I love helping people find new opportunities and being part of a successful team.
What are your specialist sectors?
I specialise in public sector and commercial recruitment, helping them find the right people and matching candidates with the right opportunities.
What are the biggest challenges that you face on a day-to-day basis?
Managing different priorities and keeping everything organised can be challenging, especially when things get busy. Recruitment is unpredictable, so you always need to be ready to think on your feet!
What do you like about working for JT Recruit?
I love being part of a friendly and supportive team, where everyone works together towards the same goals. I also enjoy the opportunity to learn, grow and develop professionally.
What is the best bit of the week for you?
Definitely Friday! It’s lovely to look back at the week’s achievements, celebrate the little wins and look forward to the weekend.
Why do you like working in recruitment?
Because it’s all about people! I love meeting different personalities, building relationships and knowing that sometimes one opportunity can make a big difference to someone’s life.
Why did you decide to move into recruitment?
I’ve always enjoyed communicating with people and building relationships, so recruitment felt like a natural choice. I wanted a varied career where every day brings something new.

What are your hobbies and interests?
I love spending time with my little boy and family, travelling, going to the gym ,exploring new places and enjoying good food.
Favourite band/singer
Verka Serduchka! Her music always puts me in a good mood and brings plenty of energy.
Favourite destination
It’s a difficult choice between Mallorca and Odesa! Mallorca for the sunshine and beautiful beaches, and Odesa because it’s my hometown and will always have a special place in my heart.
Favourite food
Anything with seafood or fish!
Favourite TV programme
MasterChef! I love seeing all the amazing dishes, although I’m not sure I’d enjoy being judged by the chefs myself!
Favourite joke
I’m on a seafood diet. I see food and I eat it! 😂
If you could choose any car, what would it be and why?
A Porsche 911! Stylish, powerful and absolutely beautiful – definitely my dream car.
What would be a perfect day out of work?
A sunny day spent with my little boy and family, exploring somewhere beautiful, enjoying delicious food and making memories. Ideally, somewhere by the sea with no rushing around!
What is your next big ambition in life?
To continue growing professionally, achieve new goals and build a successful career while giving my little boy the best possible future. And of course, travel more and make lots of beautiful memories along the way!
